ケニアから、アッサラーム アレイクム。
久しぶりに、女の子集まってお茶しにこちらのホテルに来たが。前回、楽しめたのに、今回は、ちょっとがっかりした。クオリティが落ちすぎている。。。。これが、アフリカ クオリティよね。

I have visited to Tadisson BLU Hotel with ladies today. This time I had so disappointed about quality of food/desert. I just felt “this is africa”.

⬇︎これね、もう、手をつけちゃったんだけど、実は、作り直させたデザート。1回目のデザートの見た目があまりにも、前回と違いすぎて、雑すぎて、クレームをいって、次に来たのが、これ。 それでも、雑すぎて、納得はできなかった。シェフがテーブルにやってきて、話をさせてもらったあと、私は、この事を証明するために、過去のブログから、シェフに写真を見せた。シェフは、今、ストロベリー切れてて、フレッシュなフルーツないんだよね。。。と言っていた。 This desert was same one as I had ordered last time. Actually this photo’s desert which I asked to a waiter that pls go ask to the kitchen, customer has complained this is not same as what I had one before. Then a waiter brought THIS which still not same/not nice…..a chef has came to our table, so I explained it again that there is no flesh fruits, no chocolate,no flesh cream. A chef told us “we just don’t have strawberry now”…… I showed him a picture what I had before with this same desert.
このレベルだったら、わざわざ、ホテルなんかに来ないんだわ。。。。やはり、ケニアでの、マンパワーの質には、問題があると思います。 悪くなることがあっても、よくなることがない。 This quality of desert or food, I don’t need to visit to Hotel to have enjoy…..I can make much more better by myself at home….
しばらくしたら、また、先ほどのシェフがやってきた。これを持って！お詫びだそうだが、フレッシュフルーツ、あるじゃないかっ！イチゴが無いなら、代用品で綺麗に仕上げて来いよっ！色合いとか考えて来いよっ！と思った。 then later a shed showed up to our table with this flesh fruits for apology. If there is no strawberry, why you couldn’t think about use another flesh fruits or something else!!!
インターナショナルのホテルのくせに。と思ってしまう。 もっとこだわりを持って仕事してよっ！
2年働いてるウェイターも、これまでサーブしてきて、お料理、デザートが、どう変わってきてるから知ってるだろう？変わってたら、不思議に思えよ。
8年働いてる(ここのホテルはまだ開業して8年も経ってないぞっ)と言ったパテシエ？シェフ？よ、お前の管理不足だろ。腕前をあげるどころか、下がってるぞ！！！
久しぶりに、プッチーンと怒りをぶつけてしまった。
次行くことあるか無いかは、わかりませんけど、やはり、ケニアって見た目だけで、中身が伴わないんだなぁー、って実感。再認識。いくら見た目が、雰囲気が良くても、出てくるものがこれでは。。。情けないぞっ。
Words in my mind… Is this quality of International Hotel? Hope have more specialities. A waiter who works 2 years: How come he couldn’t realized changed looks of menu? You have served a lots of food/deserts/drinks for 2 years…. a chef who works 8 years: (this hotel is still 2-3years old) that’s your poor management of food/desert keep same quality. It should be improved your skills not be declined your skills.
I’m soooo desapointed today.
I’m not very sure coming back to this hotel fore relax or enjoy the tea time. All the time looks/outfit/imagines are nice but inside reality is NOT okay….that’s I felt again and again, re-confirmed.
