In here I’m writing about KRA(Tax) through iTAX online.
I had PIN number and password by Email, then couldn’t login since 2weeks ago…I was almost gave up about it.
今から2週間くらい前から、KRA iTAXのウェブサイトにアクセスして、ログインしてましたけど、全くもって、エラー。ログインができませんでした。
Always showing me Error…
Almost I was give up and let it leave…. then my friend sms me asking “how’s KRA stuff?” So I’ve realized ….I should try my best till success this issue. I just started to check my PIN information and status.
ひたすらエラー。
メールで届けられてた、IDとPassword入力してもエラー。
もう申請するの諦めて、放置しよかな。。。と諦めかけてた時。友達からメッセージが来て、これが虫の知らせなのか？と思い、今日、ギリギリに、また気合を入れて、色々試して見ることに。
まずログインできなかったが、自分のPIN NOの確認をしてみた。
My PIN status was “active” that mean I should through this issue and get success processing.
I just started refresh my password and get new password through email.
After login, I had to fill in set up own new password, then needed to get 4 numbers through email and access for login.
Fro now, main problem.
From Menu Bar on Home page, I can choice “return” then click for “nil return”. Then Error started so many times…..
ステータスがアクティブになってる。 やはり手続きをしておかないと、後々、問題になりそうな気配がしたので、続けて格闘することにした。
ログインエラーは、3回までなので、もう諦めて、パスワードを失くしました、って事にして再発行。メールにて新しいパスワードの発行をして、ログインすることにした。
ログインできたら、次は、なんだか、更に新しくパスワードを作るページに移動。
そして、自分で新しいパスワードを入力して、安全度の確認、承認されたら、次は、またメールにて四桁の数字が送られてきた。この四桁の数字を入力してログインしたら、完了。
ここからが本題。
ホームページのメニューにあるreturnにカーソルを当て、nil returnを、クリック。
必要な情報を選択していのですが、何故か、ここからひたすらエラーが続く。

Always error messages on the screen. Send error message to KRA email address and submit comment and using twitter KRAcare… takes 2-3h..
As normally no response from KRA.
I’m getting very tired so start calling to my friends….
A friend who lives in Nakuru, she told me if you are using iPhone/iPAD it will not work properly so use PC. She also had same problem.
Well I started open my PC ( couldn’t use PC almost a year…), started login again. After nil return page, I could through fill in page finally.
And next step…. again Error started……..
Okay I call to another friends.
I don’t remember how many times tried same processing for fill n nil return…
But suddenly could go next page and complete apply nil return.
ここから先に進めるのが非常に難しかった。。。
このエラーコードを、メモして、KRAの問い合わせメールにメッセージを送ったり、TwitterのKRAcareに問い合わせしてみたり。何時間も費やすことになる。
勿論、返事など来ないわけで。。。。
ひたすら、ホームのメニューに戻って、同じプロセスを繰り返す。泣
もう疲れてきた時に、友達に電話して相談し始める私。
ナクルに暮らす友達に相談したら、iphone/ipadでやってたら、上手く進まないからPCから手続きしてみて。とアドバイス。
彼女も、同じパターンで手続きに苦戦していた様子。彼女からの経験の話から、私もPCを、立ち上げて、また1からやり直して見ることにした。
PCからログインして、nil returnの手続きをしたら、行き詰まっていた入力に関する問題は解決したが、相変わらず、次に進めず、エラー表示ばかり。
他の友達にも連絡を入れて相談してみた。話聞きながら、ひたすら同じプロセスを何度も何度も何十回も続けてたら、突然、次のプロセスに進むことが出来た。
FINALLY I did it!!! Succeed it!
I got a receipt download!!!!
そして、やっと手続き完了まで進めた。
レシードをダウンロードして保存。
I think normally it only 5min is enough to have done online process, but reality was 4-6h…
If I hav visited to KRA office I could be more stressed and tired of it….
Connecting/access online is very convenient but how come it takes that much time and not smoothly work in here…
Actually KRA has decided penalty this year 20,000kah ⬅︎from last year 10,000kah ⬅︎from 1000ksh.
So millions of people are started process for Tax return apply.
たったこれだけの事を終わらせるのに、1日を費やさなければいけない。。。。。
もし、KRAのオフィスに行ってたら、もっと疲労困憊だったに違いない。。。。
オンライン化が進むことは便利なんですけど、本来5分で終わりそうな事なのに、何故こうなんだ？？
と不思議で仕方がない。
これまで、申請しなかった人に対して罰金が、1,000ksh➡︎去年10,000ksh➡︎今年20,000kshに値上がり。
このおかげで、一気にたくさんのケニアで暮らす国民が申請に殺到、という流れになっている。
そして、全ての手続き、税金、イミグレ、運転免許などの手続きはオンライン化され、１つにまとめられているので、いつかサボって分、一気にバレて大変な目にあうのではないかと。笑
最近では、外国人に対してのワークパーミットホルダーは、再登録を命じられていたので、ケニア政府は真剣に整備しようとしている、と思われる。

It’s in June in Kenya, Tax apply for PIN Number holders.
ケニアでの確定申告申請は6月まで。
I’ve heard that every KRA PIN number holders must to apply Tax return/nil return. Even not working person included housewife. But some people says dont need it if you are not working. Also there is penalties 10,000ksh if they do not apply it.
ケニアでKRAのPIN Numberを持ってる人は、その全てが対象。申請をしないと行けないらしい。働いてても、働いてなくても、主婦でも、全て。と聞きましたが、主婦はしなくても問題ない、と言う人もいる。また、申請をしない人に対してのペナルティは10,000ksh($100)がある、という。
Incase I have tried to log in online systems iTAX, but couldn’t work, just showing error. It seems not activated yet. Well…. this means I must to visit somewhere KRA office, what an inconvenient. Incase I will ask husband’s (accountant man) before I visit to KRA office, need someone’s advice.

Need to check the moon tonight though. But maximum 30days of fasting of Ramadan.
ラマダン月も今日が最後の一日、になりそうです。29日目。
月の観察によるけど、30日以上の断食はない。
Last 10 days of Ramadan, I awake whole night, going to bed after 06am then just relax till fall asleep.
ラマダン最後の10日間は、ほぼ夜間は起きていて、朝06時過ぎからベットに入り、寝落ちするのを待ってる感じ。。
Be ready for packing food sahur(04:15-05:15) by 02:00 then going to the mosque. Also will bite a bit before leave.
02:30-04:15,there is special prayer time in midnight. Then after there will start Fajur prayer time at 05:30. So save the time instead of going back home for sahur.
夜中02:00までに、モスクに持って行くサフール (04:15-05:15)を作ってパッキング。出かける支度をしながら、少し家でも食事をする。
02:30-04:15くらいまで、夜中のタラウィーという礼拝がある。そのあと、05:30くらいから、ファジャルのお祈り。わざわざ、自宅に戻ってサフール を食べるのがめんどくさいので、時間の有効活用、モスクでサフールを食べる。
なので、寝不足が続く、最後のラマダンなのです。
so these days will be the end tonight, feeling released. Or one more night.It also takes time to be back normal daily life as sleeping night and wake up early morning.
そんな日も、今日で最後かと思うと、気が楽になります。今日で終わりか、明日で終わりか。元の生活に戻すのも、少し時間が必要ですけどね。笑

I have stooped by small mosque for pray after finished shopping, time couldn’t manage to get back home.
出先で、時間が間に合わなかったから、途中、小さなモスクに立ち寄り、お祈り。
This is lady prayer room. We can hear Imam voice by speaker.
Before the prayer room there is water space as bathroom for udo.
こちらは女性のお部屋。イマームの声はスピーカーを通じて聞こえます。
お部屋の手前にはウドゥができる水回りがあります。
I like to visiting different mosque if there is opportunities. Every Mosque has different style and designs that I like it.
機会があれば、違ういろんなモスクに立ち寄るのは好きです。それぞれのデザインやスタイルがあるので。

清潔感があって、使いやすいって事で、私はこのバイオ オイルを普段から使ってます。顔にも、身体にも。
There are some different oils which Kenyan companies, but these products looked very clean so don’t want to buy or try to use…difficulty to trust products…
Feel like same as…
At the restaurant, Your drink carried on your table opened bottle of lid or not opened it.
That much trust…..differences.
By the way,
I also use this oil for my makeup. Depends on my skin conditions.
他にも、ケニアのローカル商品で、オイル系は売っているんですけど、どーにも、オイル漏れしてたり、パッケージが甘かったり、信頼性に欠ける、と言うか、使ってみるのに勇気が要ります。
その点、こちらのバイオオイルは、しっかり箱に入って、開けれないようにシールドもされていて、説明も箱に書かれてるので、安心度が高いです。
補足:感覚としては、レストランで瓶の栓をにいた状態でテーブルに運ばれてくる、のとテーブルで瓶の栓を抜いてくれる、これくらいの信頼の差。
話は戻りますが、
私は、このバイオオイルを、メイクするときにも使います。
乾燥がひどくて、肌のコンディションにもよりますが。
Basically, use base cream and B.B. cream. Then if my skin wasn’t right with it, add a drop of oil and mix it all. This one drop of oil works very differently. In addition, especially oil will effect your skin sun turn, so must use SPE and PA higher of base cream and BB cream. SPE 50,PA+++.
基本は、化粧下地とBBクリームを使ってます。
この組み合わせで、肌に塗ったとき、ノリが悪い時は、ここに、バイオオイルを一滴だけ加えます。
この一滴の差が大きいのです。
オイルを日中のメイクに加える場合は、
必ず、SPF,PAが高い物を使うようにします。
SPF50,PA+++
オイルなので、日光に当たると、日焼けを加速してしまいかねないので。

Very spicy.
Don’t eat too much coze when u go to toilet, your ass will be hurt. Hahaha so please be careful.
But if u love spicy taste, no doubt you love it.

名前の通り、マサラ味。
とっても辛め。
食べ過ぎると、トイレの時、お尻が痛くなる。笑
注意が必要。
でも、辛いものが好きな人にはたまらなく美味しいはず。笑

I remember this snack since more than 10 years ago.
Can eat this snack, but if compare Japanese snacks, taste not so good.
Chocolate is assisting but inside cookies taste something strange.
これは、10年以上前からあった。
比較的食べられるレベルのケニアのお菓子。
マンジって会社。
しかし、日本のお菓子と比べると、不味いよ。笑
チョコの味は誤魔化せたとしても、やはり、中のクッキーの部分、変な味。

Inside they are using hard plastic cover.
Sized cigarette 20pc. $2.5
過剰包装のプラスチックケースを使ってるが、中のお菓子は移動しまくってる。20本。タバコサイズ。200-250円くらい？
It needs hard plastic cover for protection…
Waste cost….hahaha
しっかりしたプラスチックを使わないと、ボロボロになってしまうんだろう。。。か。
取り扱いが雑だから？
なんか、無駄な経費なのでは？と感じてしまう。

This Kenyan snack is still okay…
but I think they can not make more than this, I guess.
Even though it looks nice then after got it…. disappointed a lots…it’s normal routine in here.
It’s getting tired to try new Kenyan products.
Shouldn’t expect or excitement.
他の商品と比較すると、まだ食べれるレベル。
ここまでが、ケニアの商品のレベル止まり。
個人的な意見だけど。
的を得てると思う。
食べて見たいなぁー、と思うお菓子でも、
買うだけ無駄か。。。。と想像させられる。
いつも、失敗ばかりだから。
チャレンジする意欲すらなくなる。
